It's no secret that I think the customer service sucks at Primo's. Still, I order from there periodically, mostly because of other family members.

Today, I placed an online order and paid by credit card. I got a call from Primo's. "Unfortunately we no longer have grilled chicken", she said. I replied, "Ok, can you...." She interrupted me saying, "And you already paid, so there's nothing we can do". I said, "What?" "It's corporate policy." she said.

All I wanted to do was substitute another type of chicken, but they weren't going to let me cancel my order. I ordered items that I selected from their online menu, which they no longer have, and they were going to fight me if I asked for a refund.
I hope you canceled the payment thru your card company.
