On the same line as looks of a building and the people within. I took my son to the Otolaryngologist in the Healthplex Pavilion over in Springfield, not a bad looking place really. Only thing is that Dr. Ghaderi was no longer there and the office was closed. No one called to let me know and I missed the news on Ghaderi. There we were at 0600 waiting for someone to open the door.
