Here is a breakdown of ARRA spending which you will see was mostly not infrastructure spending. At least educate yourself.

To say there was no evidence of collusion is wrong if for no other reason than the well-documented meeting in Trump Tower. Money laundering is not something separate. It goes to the motive of why Trump is bound to the Putin and has been discussed simultaneously with the collusion issue. You just have not been paying attention.
You may note that Trump has repeatedly emphasized that he has no businesses in Russia. He never says that he does no business with Russians. In fact, his son is on record saying that Russians have been heavy investors in Trump developments in Florida. As well, Trump has developments around the world for which the financing is shadowy. Maybe there is nothing, but for a President who refuses to release his taxes, he invites closer scrutiny.
You can state that Obama was laundering money, but your statement carries no weight without even a modicum of evidence that you understand a word of what you are saying.
Yes, Hillary was a terrible candidate and the Democratic establishment that put her forward above better candidates were full of hubris and conceded to potent financial forces, but no more than the similar forces that caused people like Liddy Dole to step out of the Republican race in 2000.
