Hi,

I'm posting to request help. I have a neighbor that has at least 10 dogs with un-inhabitable conditions in the house. Who can I contact to go in, document conditions, and condem the house? Already called SPCA who said 25 animals are allowed in the home....[--removed--].

I would contact the Chester Township building to see what they have to say. Toby Farms is a part of Chester Township not the Borough of Brookhaven. Good Luck
